Samuel was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in Christchurch in 2021 and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in the State of Sarawak in 2022.
Samuel's practice focuses on banking litigation, debt recovery, and general civil litigation. He has acted for financial institutions in Sarawak in a wide range of recovery and enforcement matters, including winding-up proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment debtor summonses, and other execution proceedings. He also advises clients on legal compliance and dispute management.
In addition to his litigation practice, Samuel advises on a range of conveyancing matters, including property transfers, sub-sale transactions, tenancy agreements, and wills.
Samuel assists in contentious litigation matters before the courts and is involved in the preparation and conduct of hearings and trials. He is committed to delivering practical, commercially sound, and effective legal solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
