Nicholas focuses on complex disputes before Sarawak’s courts, representing corporates, statutory bodies, and private clients. His practice includes contractual disputes, land and NCR claims, construction litigation, and corporate matters involving fiduciary duties and compliance with the Companies Act.
Nicholas regularly appears as counsel in hearings and trials, managing multi-party proceedings and urgent relief applications. Committed to disciplined case management and clear advocacy, he works to deliver practical and effective solutions across all courts in Sarawak. In addition, he has experience in arbitration and adjudication, acting for clients in significant claims.
