Sheau Kie has over a decade of experience as an Advocate and Solicitor, admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2010 and Sabah and Sarawak in 2011.
Sheau Kie is highly experienced in handling a wide range of contentious civil litigation matters, from inception to resolution. She has advised clients on legal rights and options, provided practical and strategic solutions, and appeared as counsel at various levels of court and tribunals for hearings, trials, adjudication, and mediations. Her practice focuses on contractual, construction, and corporate/commercial disputes.
In addition to litigation, Sheau Kie is skilled in conveyancing and corporate practice, assisting in the drafting of legal documents for sale and purchase of properties, loans, securities, and development agreements. She also participated in due diligence exercises for initial public offerings (IPO), working with various stakeholders to facilitate successful listings.
