Anastasia Chin Mengxing has acted for corporate clients and State-Owned Statutory Bodies in complex litigation before the High Court and Court of Appeal, including matters involving injunctive reliefs and declaratory orders.
Anastasia is highly experienced in advising on Native Customary Rights issues, providing strategic counsel to both corporate entities and statutory bodies. Her practice encompasses contested contractual disputes, shareholders and directors’ disputes, and adjudication proceedings on construction contracts.
She regularly advises financial institutions on debt recovery and has represented clients in the Industrial Court matters. Anastasia’s expertise extends to advisory work for corporate clients, particularly in relation to land and contractual disputes.
In addition to her litigation practice, Anastasia is experienced in conveyancing transactions and advising financial institutions on property and loan matters.
